The children of the PSV got a visit of 12 Miss France 2008 contestants. Take a look in the album to see some pictures of the PSV beauties and of course the Misses... ;-)

Every year on the birthday of the Queen of Thailand, there is also Mothers Day in Thailand. The children and the staff of the PSV celebrated that day together with Directors of the B.O.D and other visitors. Joseph Baustert from Luxembourg was also present.

On the 29th of June 2008 we celebrated our 1st official anniversary of the PSV. We had a lot of booth for the children, as well as food and drinks. Many of our supporters celebrated with us and made that day unforgettable for the children of the PSV.

The exposition took place in the "Abbaye De Neumuenster Luxembourg" on the 27th of April 2008 until the 4th of May 2008. The official opening of this exposition was on the 26th of April 2008 5 pm. For this opening Dr.Supaluck, Frank Couture and Franco Ferri represented the PSV in Luxembourg.

On the 17th of December the 2nd official opening of the Phuket Sunshine Village took place. Our big supporter the French Red Cross invited to the opening which was attended by the President of the FRC, the French Ambassador, the 1st vice Gouverner of Phuket, members of the FRC, the local Red Cross, Members of Lions Club Phuket Andaman Sea, Lions Club Phuket Pearl, Lions Club Phuket, international and local Press and a lot of other supporters.

Dear all, see here the pictures of the main November activity we had on the 17th of November. The Lions Club Phuket Andaman Sea and the Lions Club Phuket Pearl mad this great event possible. We went to the Phuket Aquarium, to the Pizza Hut (Kids love Pizza) and after that to a beach on Cape Panwa.

At the 10th of October the staff of the PSV organized a little party for the kids... BOD members Thomas and Franco were there too...

On Friday 5th May 2006 special Ceremonies were held on behalf of the Phuket Sunshine Village. The first commenced at 9.19am…. This was a Ceremony to invite the spirits to look favorably upon the Sunshine Village project. There was an offering of fruits and other foods and prayers were offered privately during this short ceremony. At 3.19pm there was the Ceremony which was presided over by the Phuket Provincial Governor Udomsak Uswarangkura . Other invited dignitaries from Phuket including television and newspaper reporters were also present. Buddhist Monks there to offer their blessings upon the Sunshine village. During the ceremony the Protocol agreement between the “Phuket Sunshine Village foundation” and the “French Red Cross” was signed by President PSV Dr.Supaluck Kanjanamethakul and Christophe Perchot Head of the French Red Cross Mission in Thailand. Witnessed by the provincial Governor who gave a warm speech to show that he has been very supportive of the Children’s Village project. The governor then laid the bricks and stone for the Village.
